The company’s strategic success is built on a clear focus, as Mr. Tanveer emphasized:
“We believe in being a master of one, rather than a jack of all. Even in Huawei, we are very clear in terms of what technologies we will focus, what industries we will focus. This has always been our strength, and we hope for and plan to develop that specialization across other portfolios.”
He also highlighted collaboration as a strategic driver of their success:
“Working closely with Huawei’s account managers and specialists from both Huawei and Enterprise Systems has been a game changer.. Transparency helped in developing the business.”
Looking ahead, Precedence Technologies is determined to build on their current success and aim even higher:
“I think the biggest aspiration is definitely to keep doing what we are doing. Maintain the high level of gold partnership level. But not only that, we want to see how we can win the Partner of the Year award very soon.”
