Enterprise Systems will offer onsite and parts delivery based on the agreed SLA with its partner. Once we have jointly agreed replacement is required and confirmed dispatch with the partner, we will respond onsite for parts and labor.

Enterprise Systems will provide a reshipment for parts replacement from the time we physically receive the defective material and confirmed dispatch with partner.
